Do I need a subscription to use Bio-Well?
Yes, Bio-Well requires an active software subscription ($25/month or $275/year) for unlimited scans, client database, and report generation. The device cannot function without the software.
What's the difference between Bio-Well 3.0 and older versions?
Bio-Well 3.0 features 40% faster processing, enhanced image sensors, improved stability, USB-C connectivity, and richer visual detail. It's fully compatible with all current software features and accessories.
Can I use Bio-Well without training?
Yes! Our free Basic Course (included) gets you scanning in 30 minutes. However, for professional use and certification, we highly recommend the Advanced Course for comprehensive training and practitioner listing.
What computers work with Bio-Well?
Windows 10/11 or MacOS 10.14+ with USB port. Minimum: Intel i3 processor, 4GB RAM. The software is desktop-only (not compatible with tablets/phones). USB-C and USB-A adapters included.
How quickly can I start charging for scans?
Immediately! After 30 minutes of basic training, you can begin offering scans. Most practitioners charge $75-150 per scan. The visual reports are impressive and require minimal interpretation to provide value.

Di you offer a payment plan?
Yes! You can pay in monthly installments. :-) And it's easy: simply pick the "Buy with Shop" option on the Product Page and/or in your cart. Then pick "Pay in Monthly installments".
Can I inform water with Bio-Cor?
Absolutely! Bio-Cor comes with a charging plate and an emitter which allow you to charge water or crystals.
Do you ship internationally?
From this website, we can ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, LATAM and New-Zealand. For all other territories, please email info@bio-well.com to be put in touch with a local distributor in your country.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date the product is shipped. Each Bio-Well GDV Camera includes a Passport card, located in the box, which details product information and the warranty start date.
