How long does a scan take?
Just 5 seconds per finger—less than a minute total!
How can I use Bio-Well with patients?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date the product is shipped.
Can I scan my patients several times?
Yes. We actually recommend it. You may scan your patient at the start of the session and at the end. our software makes it easy ti compare scans.
Bio-Well Software
What does the Bio-Well software do?
The Bio-Well device itself allows you to capture electro-photonic images; The Bio-Well software allows you to analyze and interpret the images captured, as well as the data they contain.
The Bio-Well software subscription grants users access to the sophisticated system that makes your data meaningful. All plans include unlimited scans.
I have more than one Bio-Well device. Can I use the same subscription for all of them?
Yes, you can do that. Simply log into your Bio-Well account at www.bwacc.com and request to change the device limit on your Account. Your Subscription price will be multiplied accordingly.
Where do I manage my subscription?
From your account, which can be accessed at www.bwacc.com.. If you are using automatic billing via PayPal - you will have to log in to your PayPal account to make any changes.
What is the price of the subscription
We offer 3 unlimited plans:
Daily: $2/day
Monthly: $20/month
Yearly: $220/year

How do I clean my device?
Clean the device screen with a gentle lens cleaner and a soft cloth. Allow to fully air dry before resuming scanning.
Are scans painful?
Not at all. Scans are quick, easy, painless and non-invasive.
Is Bio-Well a diagnostic tool?
No. The Bio-Well system is intended to help you learn more about your energy state so that you can develop better habits to promote wellness. It should not to be used as a diagnostic tool. You should consult your doctor for any health-related questions.
