Bio-Well Return and Refund Policy

At Bio-Well LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction with our wellness products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from bio-well.com, we offer the following return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience. Please review the terms below carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Products purchased directly from bio-well.com may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unused (or minimally used for testing), and with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Software subscriptions are eligible for refunds only if not activated.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

Exclusions: The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased from Authorized Distributors (ADs) or third-party retailers (contact the seller directly).

Digital products (e.g., activated software subscriptions, courses, downloadable content).

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Shipping costs, unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

2. Refund Process

Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at support@bio-well.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned product. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.

Shipping Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective products or Bio-Well errors (e.g., wrong item shipped).

- We recommend insuring the shipment, as Bio-Well is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Issuance:

Once the return is received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days), we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding non-refunded shipping costs.

Refunds for non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover processing and repackaging.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your Bio-Well product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@bio-well.com (mailto:support@bio-well.com) within 2 calendar days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order number.

We will provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label and either:

Replace the product at no cost (if in stock), or

Issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Defective products returned after 7 days but within 30 days may be subject to standard return shipping costs.
4. Warranty Returns

Bio-Well products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact support@bio-well.com for warranty claims, providing proof of purchase and defect details.

Warranty repairs or replacements do not incur restocking fees but require customer-paid return shipping unless Bio-Well determines otherwise.
5. Software Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent future billing. Contact support@bio-well.com (mailto:support@bio-well.com) to cancel.
6. International Returns (e.g., Mexico)

For international customers (e.g., Mexico), returns must be shipped within 7 days to the U.S. returns address above. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes, except for defective products.
