Do you ship internationally?
From this website, we can ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, LATAM and New-Zealand. For all other territories, please email eu@bio-well.com to be put in touch with a local distributor in your country.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date the product is shipped. Each Bio-Well GDV Camera includes a Passport card, located in the box, which details product information and the warranty start date.
Can I use the Bio-Well glove if I don't have a Bio-Well?
No - Bio-Well is required to use the Bio-Well Glove, along with an active subscription to the Bio-Well software (only $20/mth)
What shipping method do you use?
Orders are shipped via FedEx. Customer may choose the service: Ground, 2-Day, or Next Day (where available). Price of shipping is calculated at checkout.
